Housing Services Management Office

The Housing Services Management Office supports the daily operations of the residence and is committed to providing students with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The team manages front desk services, including check-in and check-out, room-related matters and enquiries, and residential card access, while coordinating maintenance works, preventive maintenance, defect rectifications, and room inspections. Working closely with the Residential Life Team, Resident Fellows, and student leaders, the Management Office strives to ensure the smooth operation of the residence and enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
