Fire Emergency Evacuation Procedure

Upon hearing the fire alarm activation, please stay calm and standby for further instructions.
When you hear the evacuation message, please evacuate the UTR building immediately by proceeding to the nearest staircase in an orderly manner. Do not use the lifts.
Once you exit the UTR building, please proceed and gather at the designated Assembly Point. Your neighbourhood Fire Wardens (in orange vests) will conduct a roll call of the residents in their neighbourhood.

For DRY WEATHER – The assembly point is located at the TOWN GREEN.

For WET WEATHER – Please assemble at the following area based on your UTR Tower:

NORTH TOWER Residents – Assemble at Level 1 (above Starbucks) of the Education Resource Centre (ERC)

SOUTH TOWER Residents – Assemble at the open area in front of Town Plaza & CREATE
